Mod Carlos is a former Jagex Moderator of the ICU team at Jagex. He is notably infamous in the botting world with his previous role of banning RWT spam bots. He goes with his team, Mod Harriet, Mod Ben W, Mod Lucas P, Mod Mat, Mod Monkey, and Mod Weath, throughout Runescape looking for the RWT spam bots and interacting with the community whilst muting the bots. For the past few months, a development amongst the Jagex team meant that the chats had to be closed and the ICU team not allowed to talk to normal players.
