User pages are pages useful for aiding the work users do on this wiki, and helping with the interaction between users. Users should not edit another's user page under normal circumstances.
However, there are cases in which you can edit user pages, listed below.
- Removal of obscene or cruel content
- Removal of personal attacks against another user
- You are given permission to edit the page by the author
- To revert vandalism
Sometimes IP edits to a user page are actually done by the user page's owner who did not log in when making the edit. A seemingly legitimate edit made by an IP that may be the user page's owner should not be undone, unless it appears that the IP is not the page's owner.
