Skiller 703 is currently ranked 21 in the RuneScape Hiscores, and was previously number 1 for a period of time. He was succeeded by Mintella, Fredmcgarry, and Elias. He has 99 in every skill, also he is the first player to get 99 in the Dungeoneering skill.

There is much controversy relating to whether Skiller 703 (also known as Jamie or Jamie's Bro) legitimately achieved 99 Dungeoneering on his own. After a recent death in his family his exp rates dropped significantly and was eventually knocked off of rank 1 while he came to terms with this event. Skiller 703 had been well known during his earlier days as a Pure skiller. He had achieved 99 in many skills including prayer, causing him/ to be level 15.
